Quality of blades are good , performance is great, value for money , size is 👍 overall happy with my purchase , cord length is bit short .

within a month Machine not working and local service center refused to repair under warranty
With in a month machine not working. I sent to service center and they refused to repair/warranty not cover at local service center.They contacted us for repair. After repair working fine.

Very poor product
Though the machine is not 750 watts but still the jars become hot very soon. I bought Sumeet Traditional Amica on March 13,2020,10:11 AM from Amazon.in. My mother has been using the brand Sumeet mixer for more than 25-35 years and till today it is with us. As there are many mixers in the market but still we purchased this one considering the trust and reliability on the brand. Now the mixer knob has become free . I had to close the direct button as I was grinding. The mixer has become free which is very dangerous. As the grinding is going on and I have to extend my hand to the switch to close it as the switch is at a distance.

Very Reliable and excellent product
We have been using Sumeet mixer for years now and found the product was reliable and hence ordered from same manufacturer. Happy that we got the latest design with on-time delivery.We are satisfied with the service from Amazon.

Can a mechanic fro company look at problem
Mixie is good but do not know whom to approach for minor problems(excessive noise)

Product is good, but performance not good, looks like rejected lot is sold at Amazon to liquidate stock. Rubber got loose too quickly. The regulatoe for malfunctioned in 2 months. I am a fan of Sumeet , still have an old 25 year model running great. But this online product seems from a rejected lot
