Good cereal alternative for diabetics
Diabetics need to watch carbs, but I do love cereals. I had to give up alot of them but Cheerios and Special K are a good compromise (nutri labels are similar). Special K seems to have more flavor for me than Cheerios. Also provides some variety of textures, weather you eat them dry or wet.

Always on the bottom of the Fresh bag-crushed
Always.....If Amazon would pack better this would be great...laying a cereal box flat on the bottom of the bag and then stuffing the bag is pretty silly
