FunkoPop Marvel: Marvel Studios 10 - Groot (Gold Chrome) Collectible Figure, Multicolor

The gold chrome Groot Marvel Funko Pop is spectacular. This figure is from Marvel's celebration collection - it was made to celebrate 10-years of Marvel Studio films. The collection has ten gold chrome Marvel Pops in total - which feature some of the most iconic heroes and villains from the first decade of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.My admiration for baby Groot led to my desire to acquire him. Baby Groot is the glue that adheres the rest of the Guardian of the Galaxy members together - more than any vocalized proclamation of their relationship - that makes the group feel like a family. The golden-sheen goes very well with Groot and makes him stand out. The vinyl figure is displayed in a potted plant after he sacrificed his massive form during the first movie. Additionally, the leaves on his head give him a nice touch - showing that he is flourishing. What I truly love about baby Groot is that he is not going to remain a baby forever in the movies and you can see him progressively aging and going through stages of life.The pop does not come with a stand - but have no issues standing. While Groot's gold metallic chrome is a tempting reason to pull him out of the box; I would urge anyone from doing so - since it risks dust, damage, and discoloration from light. Furthermore, if Groot becomes scratched it leaves a black mark that is highly noticeable considering he is coated in gold. The model's head bobbles and stands at 3.8 inches tall.

This one is a bit lighter and less sturdy than the other dancing groots. But it's still cute and it's gold so it's super extra and fancy 😊 for a display item, no complaints

Came in a nice clean original packaging and the figure looks great in the special edition Gold Chrome.......but beware no returns accepted on this item so make sure its exactly what your want.

Okay this was another Christmas gift I got for my friend who is obsessed with Marvel and Funko pops. This was on her list this year since she didn't have Groot in her collection. Also he was very cheep and he came in good condition. He arrived early also.

Bought it for my brothers birthday. He loved it and added it to his huge collection.

Really happy with this Pop! Aside from the smooth gold chrome finish, Groot has a lot of fun details all throughout, even on top of his head. Basically, It's a chrome version of the previously released multi-colored dancing Groot bobblehead.Especially for Pop! this lil guy moves around my office as jenga turns rotate, he keeps getting stuck on people's desks bc they don't want to move him, so the jenga game has slowed down significantly.

Happy with the product but not with the packaging. Product came wrapped in bubble wrap, but how did it get so beat up? Not happy.
