Substandard product which should be avoided
Packaging: Although the product was well packed, still the food container it came in was broken inside the outer cardboard box. There was no oil leakage fortunately.Taste & Quality: Initially, the halwa tasted like rancid coconut oil. On some sides, it tasted mouldy, and thus had to be discarded. On the third day, it was completely mould ridden and we trashed it.Flavour: It does not taste anywhere close to a typical Kerala rice halwa. It has a powdery texture making one wonder whether it was cooked to the right doneness. Kerala rice halwa does not have a powdery texture and sticks together.Pricing; Value for money: The product is highly overpriced. In about Rs. 700 to Rs. 800 you'll get 2kg of good quality authentic Kerala rice black halwa. I would not buy again, nor recommend the product to anyone, as it would mislead people to think the product is indeed the famed delicious Kerala halwa, which it isn't.Packaging: 3.5/5Taste: 0/5Quality: 0/5Flavour: 0/5Pricing: 1/5Unfortunately, there's no zero rating, else that's what the product really deserves. Honestly, I ignored the bad ratings but that proved to be a big mistake.

Good Product and Excellent Customer Support
Purchased for the 2nd time from here. But when received the order was disappointed with the quality and taste. Product was not up to the mark.Informed the person in charge directly.He replaced the product immediately.

packing can be improved and must be improved
the product is good, handling the packing is an excercise. maybe there can be inner packets containing 200gms each for ease of handlin.

Unbelievable it is Halwa!?
What kind of coconut milk you use and how you mix and use it?!Unfit forc consumption and the name "Kerala Kozhikkodu Halwa" is shaken and....Please stop this sort of Halwa and or change the whole concept of making it...Pl ensure to eat and taste it before you sell it....Tks .

Taste and purity
The halwa met our expectations. Once you taste it, you can identify that there's jaggery, wheat and ghee. Since, there's whole wheat it doesn't expand like the normal maida halwa...that's how I felt I could check if it's 100% whole wheat.I would have liked it all the more.. if the quantity of dry fruits in it would have been a bit high. Nevertheless, I shall definitely buy it again :)
