Not quite understanding the brouhaha over dosage. Yes, the packaging is, for lack of a better term, crude, but the product is of highest quality and it the least expensive you'll find. Anyway, here is a photo of 24g of the stuff, you can take up to 50g per day, although I would not recommend it. The 24g was fine for me, under the tongue and within minutes the boys are tingling (just kidding).Now that I know what ~20g looks like, I'll just get a little pile of it on the end of a spoon and be good to go.

This brand of pregenonlone is easy on the system with noticeable heightened mental stimulation and an overall cozy, comfortable feeling. I have tried a variety of different types of mental and overall brain health supplements and my experience with pregenonlone is that I've experienced no side effects, and it compliments almost any other supplement that I take with it. The complications with measuring out the desired dosage and the very small amount that is the suggested serving. You will need supplement-based digital scales that are precise enough to measure very small amounts of weight, and they are very abundant and affordable on amazon. You will also want a decent set of measuring teaspoons, including a 1/256tsp, which I would recommend as a starting dosage. I have had also no complications taking 1/16th teaspoon over an extended period of time and can easily take, with food pregenonlone multiple times a day without any concern about side effects, while still enjoying the benefits of the supplement.

The other reviews are completely correct. This is impossible to measure such a small amount. Spend a few extra $ and get capsules and save yourself the headache.

i am finally able to receive the correct dosage for ME. i have been under the care of a hormonal specialist for twelve years. my doctor added 100 mg of pregnenolone to my list of supplements a few months ago. but after almost a year it became apparent i was not able to absorb the product as packaged in capsules, so i bought this. the doc put me on a new dosage of 200 mg each night.before everyone flips out, that is my prescribed dosage. no, it's not too much, and yes, i felt so much better the very next morning after the first dose.my advice is to stop trying to manage dosage of anything, without the guidance of a doc who knows what he/she is doing, in addition to proper bloodwork. anyway, great product, very reasonable in price.

It's recommended to take it with the same amount of DHEA (both are steroids that play a huge role in hormone production/balance. If you've had a hysterectomy, and no longer produce your own estrogen or progesterone (like me), you can use pregnenolone as part of your HRT. It has worked especially well for me when I add it to the Miroestrol (or Puresterol) and Black Cohosh that I take.

The Good:This is an important supplement and I appreciate the secure packaging that prevented any spillage during transit. Plus, despite its small size, the package contains a ton of servings so it will last you a long time. Plus, Bulk Supplements is a quality company that is well established and well trusted.The Bad:The daily serving amount is so minuscule that it is near impossible to know whether you are getting the right dosage. Unless you purchase very small measuring spoons, which I did, you will not know if you are taking too much or not enough.Overall:A great product but requires work and an additional purchase to ensure that you are getting the correct daily intake.

Wanted to try adding this to my stack. I'm using a fairly small quantity, so this one package will last me years. Seems to be doing what it's supposed to do.
