Should read, Tested in laboratory. Accurate readings.
Good product. But it would be better if they mention about the electrode dipping solution in product details. Only two or three drops of electrode dipping solution with product. It will dry off according to them. Inorder to buy this solution, it costs around 6000/L and available only like this.Except this product is awesome. Readings are accurate. Tested in our laboratory.

Poor..Waste of money..Not working..No accuracy
One of my worst purchases from Amazon...on very 1st day its not working properly, I tried to check with other pH meters, it's accuracy is poor...also not working anymore now. I don't know what to do next?....feel bad on Amazon for selling these types of poor quality products

Dead on arrival (first calibration)
Me, a newbie hydroponic enthusiast ordered an hm 80 ph meter from a reputed manufacturer through a reputed vendor (cloudtail).However, the experience has been disappointing so far. Attempts to calibrate the meter using ph 7 buffer results in an 'err' display, which according to the supplied manual indicates that the sensor is dead.I would pursue the warranty route to get it working and update the rating upwards if a satisfactory outcome is obtained.In the meantime I have ordered another ph meter which is 1/4 the price of the hm meter.Update: Sep 19, 2020 - On reporting the issue, HM replaced the item with a new one. I had to ship the defective piece on my cost. The personnel I interacted with were responsive and courteous.

Good but no additional storage solution available to buy
The manual says it's important to store the meter in storage solution but there is just one small single packet of storage solution provided with this meter. It's written additional would be available to purchase with the retailer but there is no update or info provided when retailer was emailed asking how to purchase additional storage and buffer solution for this meter. And I have not been able to find 'storage' solution on Amazon or with any other suppliers...buffer solution is easily available. Hence this meter is good only till the time the current storage solution lasts.. all together may be 2 to 2.5 months.. Otherwise this is a good portable pH Meter.
