I have used a decent amount of whey protein (generally raw iso) and have started trying out flavoured ones now. I have tried almost all budget brands like Asitis, Muscle Xp, Big muscles etc. and among all those I would say that this is a decent whey protein for beginners (used this one for almost 15 days now)The taste is fantastic (when paired with milk) not so good with water alone.On the mixability front:1) Mixes really good with cold milk and taste fantastic too.2) DO NOT MIX WITH WARM/HOT MILK. Will form lumps. The protein will denature. All in all horrible experience.3) Mixability with water is good. But the taste is average.A lot of flavoured whey proteins in this price range have a bad smell to them. This one is no different (though the smell is not as prominent as the others. It's tolerable)To summarise, I would recommend this if you want a good quality whey protein concentrate.The company makes bold claims about their quality of protein. So I'm assuming they do their due diligence in lab testing every batch to keep their word.Ps. This review is a totally unbiased opinion of mine.

I mean it's alright if you're on a budget and you Must Have protein. I feel that rather than even spending these 700 rs you could save and invest in better proteins. In times like these I take a break from protein for a month or two, and then restart bulking. It effects better and absorbs better. (I'm a woman who's been an athlete for 10 yrs now)Pros:-zero bloating even during periods-the taste is just to die for.-didnt see any definition but is quite alright for recovery. I do a min of 10k run daily and apart from the first few days I was pretty ok.-no constipation. Easily digestedCons:-extremely average. Especially bec it has high carbs and the roi doesn't match my intake. I wouldn't give up 30g of carbs just for a day of no bloating.- no visible gains.I wouldn't spend again. Maybe I'd buy some soy protein and mix this and that to get good taste and lessen the carb intake but then I could just have a 100% of that instead mixed with some raisins and bananas, that way I get some natural texture and taste.

I have bought chocolate flavour 1 kg protein whose taste is good but little bit sweeter from normal . No problem in digestion and No GIT problem have been observed . According toh its price it is good product
