Q: Question for users who have had it for a while and use it at least 3 times a week. Does it really only last 3 months?

I only use mine on big lift attempts, so maybe 2-3 times a week and only when working at peak effort for compound lifts, but I’ve had it for over a year and it still works great. I don’t think it’s necessarily a great idea to use it continuously in your workouts, as like anything else it can become a crutch, but it is definitely effective when working in the 90% 1RM range.

Q: Will this help me from passing out on the deadlift

As a state champion competitive powerlifter, I can tell you this has zero to do with "passing out." The reason people pass out doing a deadlift is usually because proper bracing is done using the valsava maneuver- your blood pressure goes up as you pull and drops immediately when you complete the lift. That quick rising and falling of blood pressure is what causes a lifter to pass out- not a mouthguard

Q: Does this product have any corn derived ingredients?

I think it has sorgum and a little bit of wheat for taste. Maybe a sprinkle of oregano.
