Great start for POV helmets
This actually pretty great. With a few more additions (maybe about 50-150 bucks) for rigging and securing and this is a winner winner chicken dinner. But as is, this is a very very comprehensive and amazing piece of kit. For POV filmmaking and even photography in some instances, this is going to give you those shots that are to die for. A lot of rigs are DIY and it's nice to finally start getting some entries that are professionally made with machined parts made specifically for this kit. So far the camera mounts fine. I'm using a Pocket 4K with the Sigma 18-35 and it mounts okay. What this kit should've done is have a mounting plate where you can lock your camera down with at least two screws. Having only one can present problems for any setup. So I'm going to add a custom baseplate to create a more sturdy and secure experience. On the back and front of the helmet you'll see mounting points. This is great if you want to attach a battery, monitor, audio device and so on. In the rear you also have options for adding counter weights which is great. Chin straps and adjustable head size cradle make this extremely comfortable to wear. This is a great piece of kit and you'll be glad to have this in your kit for those amazing POV shots.

This might be a game changer for me…
I have been looking for ways to create a signature feel to my cooking videos. A lot of them look and feel the same. So I’m incorporating this as an additional cam to show cooking from my POV. It adds some interest and dimension that was missing from the static shots. I especially like the shots where I’m right behind a pan or something sliding right into an oven. It’s a great shot that I can’t get with a tripod.I can only imagine the uses that creatives will have with this.Quality is very good. The counterweights are genius. If you balance correctly, there’s no strain on the neck. Right now I’m shooting a Sony A6500 on it and the weight is no problem at all. I have also attached a small LED light to it.I love tools that give me creative inspiration and this is definitely one of them.

Cameras weighing 3 lbs or less
Of course, it's not going to beat a gimbal steadycam in terms of smoothness.Your footage will obviously help more if your camera already has a stabilizer too. (GoPro, etc)It's listed for cameras weighing less than 3 lbs.It comes with 9 counter weights that go behind your head. This contraption looks silly wearing it, but if you need hands-free POV shot or want to get some creative shots, it's an option. At currently $250, I feel it's overpriced, though.
