How do I connect to the translite moca device admin web page?

you have to connect your PC/Laptop directly to the device via Ethernet. Each adapter has the same IP address: 192.168.144.200. so, you'll have to manually set the IP address of your Laptop/PC to something like 192.168.144.2, and then you'll be able to navigate to the admin page in a browser. UN/pass should be admin/admin.

Question 2

My internet feed is coming from wall outlet, where does the adapter go? how would I feed the connection back to the outlet?any splitter needed?

So, here's my setup with this. Wall to adapter MOCA port. Adapter to modem via other coax port (forget name). Modem to router via Ethernet. Router back to Adapter via Ethernet. Have 3 adapters in the house, and phy rate of about 3500 between all of them.

Will it work with cable modem? coax from the wall to the unit and out to modem (instead of tv)? any moca filter needed in the back of the modem? thank

This would work depending on the type of installation. I will need more details, however below is the detailed description:

The MoCA works on another band of frequency from the cable modem, so they don’t communicate with each other - however their communication does not influence each other either. The built in filter on the MoCA adapter solves the problem of combining and splitting the signals. Tv and cable modem signals goes to the tv port in/out.

To answer your question from what I understand - it works with the cable modem , however the source of the signal has to be from the cable modem. Basically - if your intention is to send cable modem signal to the other rooms by MoCA, then the answer is YES.

Can the two ethernet ports be configured for link-aggregation? if not, i don't see how i can get over 1 gb/s to my wi-fi 6 ap with this.

No, the 2 ports cannot be aggregated. And its not meant to get you more than 1 gbit to a single device. Its meant to have 2.5gbit connection among the adapters themselves. Not sure of the brand, but someone else was making a MOCA 2.5 adapter with a single 2.5gbit port. You may try funding that one if it suits your needs.
