Real "guindillas" from the Basque Country at a very good value.
Real piparrak, guindillas, from the Basque Country. It has the Eusko Label” Ibarrako Piparrak that serves to identify the origin of the product indicating that this product was made with Piparrak, guindillas, green chilies, from Ibarra in the Basque Country.Good product at a fraction of the cost of other "piparrak", guindillas, from the Basque Country.$0.43/ounce, $19.99 for 65.43 oz. Other brands that sell guindillas from the Basque Country in Amazon, Matiz and El Navarrico, are sold at $1.56 /ounce and $0.79 (big jar, 64oz) respectively. These piparrak, guindillas, have thin skin contrary to other guindillas I tried. This thin skin is a characteristic of the piparrak. Also, they have almost not heat so, don't expect the burn from normal chilies. They have a slightly sweet taste. The only negative criticism comes from the lack of crunchiness. I find they are soft and not as crisp as the ones you can eat in the Basque region. The product came very well packed and it was a fast delivery. You have to consider it is a big jar, almost 2kg, 1/2 gallon, and once opened has to be kept in the refrigerator, but it last for a long time. So, if you want the real taste of the "guindillas" from the Basque Country at a very good price and you don't mind the crunchiness you can try these ones.

New staple in our household!
These are perfect peppers. Very savory, Only a little spicy, perfect on a burger, tapas, sandwiches or by themselves. I put them out in a little bowl as a snack and my sister took them all home. She said there was no need to put them back in the big container. The container is large so you don’t feel like you have to economize on them. I agree with the first reviewer. It was taped shut but there was a little leakage of the vinegar. Not too bad. As soon as I down to 1/3 left of the container I’m going to re-order! I think these are a new staple in our kitchen.

No crunch on these
These peppers taste right, but they don't have the crunch that I find in more expensive brands. It's too bad because they are certainly a better value. These are soft. I would not say mushy, but no bite/crunch/crispness. Too bad. The package arrived in good shape and the label is not expired.

Making Gildas....
Delicious! Great for making Spanish-style small bites, like GIldas. Great for topping a sandwich or adding to salad as well.

Past their Prime
I’ve ordered these peppers in the smaller bottle previously and the peppers were uniform in size, crisp to the bite, and delicious.I tried several brands and these were the very best. This extra large bottle seemed like the peppers were a mixed batch with some being only 1 inch long and most are past their prime with limp and decomposing peppers. Many looked and felt like they were decaying in the bottle. The stem falls off as you try to pick-up the peppers and some of the pepper bodies are mushy and incomplete. The bottle was dated 7/8/22 so the peppers are at least 20 months old … assuming they were picked at that date. That’s a long time to be sitting in a brine. The bottle also says consume by 12/24. Seems too long in the bottle to me.I’d like the manufacturer to explain if I had a bad bottle and replace it, or explain why the peppers should be left in the bottle aging so long toward decomposition.

Love these peppers
These spicy peppers are great as a snack or side especially as a side for pizza instead of peppercini. The jar is GIANT but if you like what I've written so far you should be well on your way to polishing this off in no time.

Delicious peppers - more zesty than hot
Love the delicious little peppers! First enjoyed with tapas @ a Spanish restaurant and was instantly hooked. Happy to find such a large jar available. Box had vinegar smell on arrival - jar lid was taped but still leaked a little, not enough to matter though.

Great Basque product, but next time please keep the peanuts
Great peppers to accompany your babarrunak sakramentuekin, or to recreate your favorite pintxos. The only downside is how it was shipped, I now have a boxful of foam peanuts that my local collection will simply leave in a landfill. With no local recycling centers, I can add them to a collection that will sit in my garage until I have enough to merit a trip to recycle them properly.
