Q: Do these block out loud people talking/laughing? And all other loud noises?

I think it depends on how well they fit into your ear canal. These were hard for me to get positioned, but on the few times I did they seemed to block out most of the heavy traffic noise outside of my house. When they are not in exactly right I could still hear noise through them.

Q: Can you re-use these?

Hi Simon - you can easily use them for multiple days. I've tried it. They remain comfortable, and the noise reduction remains the same. No problem!

These are packed in a zip lock all together, not paired separately.

You get a bag full of plugs, but a small carrying case to put the pair you are currently using in.
