I have tried teeth whitening strips many years ago and decided to give them a try again. This set is to be used morning and nightly for 14 days.The strips do not cover all of your teeth. The top teeth strip is longer than the bottom teeth strip and is basically meant to whiten the teeth that you see when you smile and not all of them.When applying them, they do stick to your teeth pretty well. They stayed on my teeth the entire time with little movement. The more I talked while I had them in, the more they moved. There wasn’t much of a taste but every once in a while I did feel a very mild burning sensation on my teeth.The recommended time to keep the strips on for is 30-60 minutes so I kept them on for 45 minutes. You definitely will need to rinse with water or mouthwash when you remove the strips as they do leave a lot of residue behind.Overall, I do feel like my teeth did whiten about a shade or two (the kit comes with a picture guide but it’s really hard to tell). I would absolutely use this brand again.

This is a review for My Smi)e brand teeth whitening strips. At time of review pricing was not available so I cannot speak to value/pricing. I've been using these strips for 3 days so far of a 14 day treatment and here are my observations so far: The strips VERY easily adhere to teeth, I'd recommend working from the middle out, pressing against your teeth so it forms on them well in front then you bend excess over to the backside of your teeth- typical of this kind of product. You leave them on from 30-60 minutes. I've only had time to leave them on for two 45 minute sessions and one 30 minute one so far. Over that period of time you will taste some minty flavor and eventually some of the active ingredient which I presume might be hydrogen peroxide (there is not an ingredient list on the box but the box does say for more info go to their website). Might cause extra salivating in some! Like I said the strips stick really well- so they're not easy to get off but they do come off in one piece (this also means they don't move around when you're wearing them which to me is a bonus when I compare them to others I've used). This leaves a lot of residue behind- however they do recommend to NOT brush your teeth prior to using the strips- so I brush right after to get the residue off. So far I've had no issues with sensitivity and my teeth are starting to look whiter. Satisfied so far!

These look and work the same as crest whitening strips do. I think it’s less noticeable after you just take it off, but with more uses it should become more noticeable. I think I still prefer the crest name brand ones, but these are a better buy.

Around 10 years ago, I used a similar whitening gel with plastic tooth forms from my dentist. It worked for a bit, but made my teeth more and more sensitive.These are the first strips I've tried - it does seem like a better system, or maybe MySmile just has the whitening ingredients down especially well. It seems much easier to keep the gel on the strips off my gums, where it's not doing any good and probably causing most irritation. I've kept them on for the full 60 minute max recommendation. The first day I was pretty anxious for that last 10 minutes to end, but since then I usually forget why my watch alarm starts buzzing later. I don't think they're even very noticeable to anyone else while they're on, though I do feel them a bit when I talk.And I have to say I was surprised & impressed with the results in my photo. The change is gradual and subtle of course, so I wasn't sure what putting those side-by-side would show. Those are just taken in the same spot with the same lights, same phone camera at its default settings. And that's after only 3 days of use.

These were great there’s no sensitivity issues so far for me at least and they actually work after the first use. I mean my teeth and I completely resolved after the first years but they do work. I’ve been able to wear these daily for a week at a time with no sensitivity and I am super hyper sensitive. I absolutely love these.

These whitening strips are pretty powerful. They adhere to my teeth very well and stay put until I am ready to remove them. The directions say to wear 30 minutes to an hour. I like keeping them on for an hour to maximize each treatment. These do a great job of whitening. I drink coffee and red wine regularly and this the way I keep my teeth looking bright.

These say they are for sensitive teeth but I can attest that its not for all sensitive teeth. I used this twice and had to stop using it because it also made my teeth sensitive to cold drinks and I had never had that problem before. I can't give it a 5 star rating because of that but I did give it two stars for the product itself.

Admittedly, its only been 1 week of use on these, and while I have yet to see any noticeable change in tooth color, the strips themselves seem to be of pretty decent quality.The 'ingredients' are similar to higher-cost competitors brand strips, so I don't have any reason to think they wont work as well.They do leave a bit of an odd taste in my mouth for a bit of time...not a terrible taste, and the aftertaste does go away after some rigorous swishing, but it still lingers ever so slightlyNice, lightweight strips are highly portable, so you can use them on your way to work even
