Q: I only receive 2 small speakers, where is the LONG sound bar? Is it a long sound bar and 2 speakers?

No. Only 2 joinable soundbars, which could be combined into 1 long soundbar or you could use these 2 soundbars as 2 vertical tower soundbars.

Q: Why does streaming sound static in Netflix or Amazon Prime video?

It support Netflix/Amazon Prime. But please switch the sound setting to STEREO output when you use streaming. (in app setting such as Netflix or TV setting)

Q: Why is there no sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?

Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting - Different TV have different sound setting, please provide TV model to us for specific setting process according to your TV model.

Q: Is there any deep bass? or subwoofer included or any connector to hook up a subwoofer?
