Perfect knife
Item is just perfect.I liked the tiny knife and the stone sharpner added for free I guess.Knife cover is good and little knife has a cover too.But there was not cover in which items should have been packed.Just the original cover of knife.This is my second purchase of this brand.Keep up good work,but improve packing too.

Safety matters
Very good knife not recommended for home cooking or use. It's for professionals. Safety matters small mistake may lead to deep cut.

1095 is not easily avleable in Inida, value of the money
I have used it for more than six months now. This is an amazing Knife, made out of 5MM, 1095 high carbon rust corrosion steel. ( You must keep it dry after every use.) Holding good, sharp edges.easy for chopping. Every month I sharpen it with a leather. It might take a while to sharpen again due to 1095 HC as us a hard metal. A bit of extra weight on its handle, i dropped it a couple of times, but nothing happened to it, hence I am taking off 1 Stat.
