One serving contains 6000 mg sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) (fruit) (from 200 mg of 30:1 extract) (providing omega-7 palmitoleic acid), and 100 mg evening primrose oil (EPO) (seed) (9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)) (cold-pressed). Under other ingredients, I see olive oil, vegetarian softgel (modified tapioca starch, vegetable glycerin, purified water) (carrageenan-free). It also guarantees that it is free of soy, dairy, gluten, and tree nuts. At the very bottom, I read it’s distributed by Micro Ingredients, and the package lists that company’s address in Montclair, CA, along with its phone number, website, and email. The softgels don’t taste like anything, don't smell and I haven’t found any burst or sticky softgels.
