Contains omega 7 palmitoleic acid and omega 6 GLA
The sea buckthorn oil softgels come in a resealable bag. It has the lot number and expiration date, 04/2027, printed on it. It claims to be GMO-free, gluten-free, and lab-tested. The bag contains 240 softgels, and they appear red and translucent and are small and easy for me to swallow. I see in the directions to take two softgels daily with a meal, but it doesn’t say what kind of meal - large, small, fatty, etc. The supplement facts also say that one serving consists of two softgels, so the whole bag should last me 120 days. One serving contains 6000 mg sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) (fruit) (from 200 mg of 30:1 extract) (providing omega-7 palmitoleic acid), and 100 mg evening primrose oil (EPO) (seed) (9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)) (cold-pressed). Under other ingredients, I see olive oil, vegetarian softgel (modified tapioca starch, vegetable glycerin, purified water) (carrageenan-free). It also guarantees that it is free of soy, dairy, gluten, and tree nuts. At the very bottom, I read it’s distributed by Micro Ingredients, and the package lists that company’s address in Montclair, CA, along with its phone number, website, and email. The softgels don’t taste like anything, don't smell and I haven’t found any burst or sticky softgels.

Good value Omega-7
These are easy to swallow pills and are a high dose of Omega-7, which is a non-essential lipid, but has been shown to have certain positive health effects from supplementation in studies. This also has some Omega-6 in the primrose oil, so that's good too. These pills are probably too high a dose for most people, it says to take 2 pills, but 2000mg is the maximum safe long-term dose, so you should really only be taking 1 pill every other day. There are 240 pills, so that makes this a 480 day supply, which is well over a year. I didn't notice much of a difference from taking this, but taking nutritional supplements can take months to show an effect.Overall, seems like a good option if you are in the market for Omega-7, at about 3 cents a day, based on the current price.

A Great Natural Supplement for Skin and Overall Health
I’ve been using the Vegan Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil for a few weeks now, and I’m already noticing some positive changes. I decided to try it because I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of sea buckthorn and evening primrose oil for skin and overall wellness, and I’m glad I gave it a shot. The softgels are easy to swallow and I like that they’re plant-based and non-GMO, which is important to me when choosing supplements. Since starting the supplement, my skin feels a bit more hydrated, and I’ve also noticed less dryness around my elbows and knees. I’m hoping with continued use, I’ll see even more improvement.I’ve also been taking it for its potential benefits to hair and nails, but I haven’t seen major changes in that area just yet. Still, I’m optimistic as I’ve only been using it for a short time. The 240 softgels in the bottle will last me a good while, and I think it’s a good value for the price. Overall, I’m happy with this product and plan to keep taking it as part of my routine. If you’re looking for a plant-based supplement that supports skin hydration and overall wellness, this is definitely worth considering.
