Heavy flavor, fresh.
I live in an area where good olive oil is hard to come by. The olive oil around here all is imported from far away, and usually lacks the freshness of good oil and tends to be bland. This olive oil is made in Italy, and very fresh. The color is a light yellow-green, and the flavor is heavy green-olive flavor with a bitterness that smacks you in the face. I am not used to the heavy flavor of good cold-pressed oil, and to be honest, the bitterness was a little much for me at first. However, I mixed this with a little balsamic vinegar to make a bread dip, and it was wonderful. The taste grew on me.The bitterness in olive oil is from the high plant compounds (phenols) and is a sign of very high quality oil. There was no rancid bitter flavor (I've tasted that many times in lower quality oil). This oil is one that would be best used fresh for the flavors, and not for heating or cooking, as it would be too strong. This oil is in the price range I'd expect for a imported, hand pressed, high-quality olive oil. That said, it's not something that I'd buy for everyday use, or for cooking, as it's not affordable for me. As an occasional treat, however, this oil packs a punch.

Absolutely delicious Olive Oil! Tastes great dipped in bread, drizzled over salad, etc.
I really love this Olive Oil by Welleatable. I got this Olive Oil to mainly use as a bread dip with my spice recipe. But, it also tasted great mixed with balsamic vinegar over my salad. This olive oil has a nice, rich taste and a wonderful aroma. This olive oil really gives my cooking a really nice, full flavor to everything I've cooked with it. It is a little heavier flavor than the other olive oils I've used. I really appreciate that they included a copy of the certificate of analysis showing the results of the 3rd party lab testing. The high polyphenol's makes this heart healthy too. My bottle had the USDA certified organic logo, as well as the harvest season (2024-2025), and a best used by date (January 31, 2027). It appears to be made with quality ingredients. At $47.87/bottle or $2.83/ounce, the price seems a little high. But, for olive oil of this quality, I feel this is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it. Also, I feel this olive oil would make an wonderful gift.

Intense Olive Oil
I'm very picky about the olive oil we use in our house. I usually stick to 100% California olive oils because they tend to be consistently good. This, however, is stronger than the stuff we usually use. My wife and I were both surprised at how fresh this oil tastes. It has a green, leafy taste to it that is very pleasant and lends itself to drizzling lightly over cheeses, caprese salad, etc.It does, however, also have a bitter aftertaste that's hard to ignore. As I understand, some folks like this flavor. I, personally, do not like it. The bitterness does mellow out a lot if you cook with it, but then you also lose some of the fresh notes as well. I would suggest sparing use of this oil as a drizzle or maybe blend it with a more neutral oil for use in salad dressings.

Nice quality organic EVOO, beautiful color!
Great presentation - bottle, label, packaging, all great (giftable even!). The oil is organic, from Italy. The bottle I received has a ‘Best By’ date of 2027, or two years out (absolutely no way it will last me that long…lol!). The coloring is a beautiful golden color, which has a really nice appearance in dipping sauces or drizzled over bread, etc. From a flavor standpoint, I would say that it has a stronger flavor than almost all of the EVOO’s I have ever tasted - definitely a grassy, somewhat earthy essence with a slight peppery aftertaste (though not nearly as strong pepper-wise as others I have tried). It comes with a nice. (and interesting) brochure with the ‘certified testing results’ for this particular batch. Overall a very high quality oil with an impressive appearance (both the bottling as well as the actual oil itself!).

Golden green color - powerful aftertaste
This olive oil came safely packaged in eco friendly materials.I liked the fresh fragrance as I opened the bottle. When I went in for a taste, I was disappointed by the bitterness that was in the oil.Frankly, I can not think of a dish that would benefit by the use of this oil.In an attempt to be fair, I asked another family member for an opinion and received the same response; they described it as medicinal tasting. While tastes vary, this oil has a bitter and enduring aftertaste that I cannot get past.

Great fresh taste
The presentation of this oil was really nice. It comes secured in a box and includes a certificate. Would make a nice gift for an oil enthusiast. The taste is so fresh and actually tastes like olives. Makes my other grocery store oils seem really subpar. I’ll be saving this for dips, dressings and sauces, and cooking with the cheap stuff.

WellEatable Ultra High +1,500 mg/kg Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil, 2025 NYIOOC Gold, Early Harvest
Top shelf olive oil for special occasions and high level cooking. This olive oil is so pure and high quality, I want it to last a very long time. Pure taste and no bad odor. I love cooking with this stuff and know that every meal will come out perfect. This is some of the best olive oil I've ever used. Highly recommended.

Incredible organic extra virgin olive oil
This olive oil is premium quality. It's golden, slightly pale green in color. It smells fresh and bright. The complex flavors are incredibly rich, buttery, zesty and even a bit peppery. It's best on its own. I prefer not to use this to cook with because it's too tasty right from the bottle! It's especially delicious on good crusty bread, or drizzled on baby greens with a bit of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper for a simple, but incredible salad. It elevates everything you put it on.
