Okay, I'm very impressed with the result. it tasted a little bitter at first but then the honey flavor kicks in and it tastes great. I've always loved honey flavor and I usually put in warm water. It gave me a lot of energy through out the day and night too if you know what I mean. overall great!

Imagine the nastiest cough medicine you had as a kid. Now multiply that by ten. I couldn’t even get my bf to try a full packet bc it tastes so bad.
