Make sure you get iacv provision
I had major iacv issues. Suvked sir like crazy, with holley -34 iacv. Put old tb back on, no issues

Can't use OEM sensors
This throttle body requires you to use Holly's specific IAC sensor and TPS sensor, plus rewiring. If you use a GM sensor, you will not get this thing to idle properly and it then becomes a very fancy paperweight. For what you spend getting everything you need and then still having to rewire you are original harness, you would be better served to just get the Motionworks throttle body which uses GM components and is of better quality.
