This product doesn't thicken as promised. I mixed 10 scoops with 2 oz of cold water and refrigerated it for a whole day, but it didn't gel. Don't waste your money.

I put 1 scoop of HA in 2 ounces of cold distilled water per package instructions and refrigerated overnight. It maintained a watery texture and never thickened up. I tried this 3 times to avoid errors and same results of not thickening up as promoted. Very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. Man! I almost always read reviews before purchasing a new product, but I guess I forgot to this time. Just looking at the reviews now and seeing so many bad ones, so let me add one more. I followed the instructions exactly as written. Supposedly this will thicken into a gel in 2-3 hours. I made it before bed so it sat in the fridge overnight. In the morning it was not the least bit thickened, looked and felt exactly like water. I gave it 24 hours and there was still no change. So I added a second scoop (double the recommended amount) and let it sit overnight. I woke up to find I still have a container of pure water. As mentioned in other reviews, this product is not returnable, so don’t waste your money. I will have to try to remember the name of this company, Tyssedal, and not buy any of their products again.

You do have to mix a lot more than what they’re suggesting to make a thick paste, but leave it on your face for 20 minutes rinse it off. It really is remarkably wonderful and for the price you can’t beat that. I recommend it keeping it in the refrigerator though.

Waste of money. Took a long time to arrive and doesn't even work as the directions state. I've followed the directions to a T, and hyaluronic acid serum still does not start to develop. Just remains watery. To make matters worse, this product is not refundable. Do not waste your money.

This product is a fraud. Followed instructions exactly however never congealed was cloudy not clear. I tried making it several times and never once was successful at creating a product that it described. Also, you cannot return this product don’t buy it.

Had to give this product a 1 star as I couldn't give it a zero. Followed instructions exactly and it never turned into a gel like substance. Kept it in the fridge 24 hours, still water, no gel consistency. Tried doubling the amount of hyaluronic acid... still water. Then tried putting a tablespoon of powder and 4 ounces distilled water.... still not gel like substance,,, just water. Don't waste your money.

It took well over 3 weeks for delivery. For all I know the HA, in the pouch it came in, is probably baking powder direct from China.Do Not Waste Your Money!
