I evaluated four different NAD+ supplement products available on Amazon.com. Nutra Harmony has 500mg of Nicotinamide Riboside Hydogen Malate per suggested serving size (2 capsules) which is the same amount as one other multicomponent supplement I evaluated and less than 2 other products. Where the Nutra Harmony supplement excels is in the addition of 45mg of Vitamin C, 15mg of Vitamin E, and 40mg of Vitamin B3 which the other products I evaluated did not have. A Nutra Harmony serving also contains higher levels of Quercetin (250mg) and Trans Resveratrol (250mg) than the other multi-component supplements I evaluated. There are articles and studies which suggest that the combination of ingredients in the Nutra Harmony NAD+ blend are beneficial for human health. The lable indicates "1000mg per serving" which is the total amount of all the ingredients per serving, not the NAD which is only 500mg per serving. If you are looking for the maximum amount of NAD per serving, there are other products that contain more.Labeling of the Nutra Harmony supplement says that it is a Non-GMO product produced under GMP practices in a Laboratory tested environment. I could find no data supporting these certifications. The lable states that the product was "Made in the USA with Globally Sourced Ingredients". This means that the components were probably made in China or India and then compounded (mixed together) and put in capsules and packaged in the USA. All the other equivalent products I evaluated stated that they were "Made in China" or "Distributed" by a USA company (Made and packaged outside the USA). Because the Nutra Harmony product is "Made in the USA" it has a higher chance of meeting the actual quality control standards of the certifications.Any health benefits derived from this product will vary by individual. Consult with your physician or health professional before taking a new supplement if you are already on other medications. The lable recommends taking one capsule with food, twice daily. I tried consuming the daily dose (2 capsules) at one time and one capsule twice daily for a period of a week each. I found no discernable difference when taking the 2 capsules at one time or split up. Your experience may be different.Because of the "Made in USA" and higher levels of other components, I would probably recommend this multi-component supplement. If you are just interested in maximizing the amount of NAD, there are other products available on Amazon which have only NAD.

I've been taking this supplement for about a month now. I actually ordered it for the Quercetin that it contains...I have mild food allergies, and Quercetin supplements seem to help quite a bit. As for the NAD+ boosting properties , I realize that you need to take some supplements over a long period of time to see the benefits, so I can't comment on that yet. I've experienced no side effects. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow. Seems like a good quality supplement.

I take all my supplements with me to my physician to make sure it's okay for me, especially being a long-time ketovore. He saw no problems with me taking this based on the ingredients listed.I giving it three stars, because it does take time to see the effects -if any - so, I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary with this product, I get no stomach upsets or anything, but I will give an update. So just make sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any supplement.
