I'm always looking for good priced products I used regularly. This is one of them.

Finally, just a potatoe starch without unnecessary additives.

It's potato starch. It comes in a resealable pack. I really don't have any complaints.I got it as a thickening starch and to try a method of cooking fluffy scrambled eggs that I'd read about. It works great.

This potato starch is a good quality and as described. However, Is see people read all these health advises on internet and use it as a supplement in water. This is starch, and although it's digested slower than simple carbohydrates, it is dangerous to take raw in water. You don't get a blood sugar spike BUT it slowly raises the blood sugars and does NOT trigger enough insulin response. The result your blood sugars will be elevated to abnormal baseline levels. The symptoms of such would be better alertness, more energy, feeling hotter and higher cortisol. All of these would promote inflammation and a chronic disease. So be careful! Mix it in food instead if you think you need higher fasting blood sugar levels.

I bought this so that I could make crispy fried chicken and chicken wings, and boy did it deliver!! It also tenderizes the meat, leaving it moist and juicy. This will be a permanent household staple!

Use this in making my gluten free flour blend. Works great. No issues.
