I have been looking to buy a laptop. Even went to a couple of big box stores. For this price they were offering only 4-8 gigs of RAM. Very basic looking and typical clunky ones at that. My desktop needed replacement so I wanted a laptop that had ample speed and storage. Lightweight and the 15 inch screen is full size - meaning it's edge to edge.Had been looking on Amazon and came across this one. For the price of $299 (on sale) came away with 16 gigs of RAM and 1 TB of SSD storage! Couldn't touch that in a store at that price.Received the laptop yesterday and upon unpacking, I was very impressed with it! Sleek, slim and just impressive!Fast to boot and easy to set up. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE KEYBOARD! The keys are velvety smooth and easy to type (I learned to type on a manual typewriter so that means I've been typing for a darn long time and know what a good key board is like!)The graphics are beautiful. Was worried about quality purchasing online, but am absolutely blown away with this laptop.Would recommend!

I have had it for a couple of weeks now. It came well enough packaged. I did charge it fully before setting it up. It took a good hour or so to jump through all the hoops to get it working (not too unusual for a new computer, I think), and it took a couple of days to finally get all the kinks ironed out and for it to be totally reliable and working. Now it seems to work just fine, and it boots up almost instantly.My couple of complaints are:1: The charging block is pretty large, and the plug blades are positioned in such a way that on a plug strip, you either cover two slots, or you must use the end of the strip. I wish they had rotated the blades 90*. It would take up less space on a strip. Minor complaint, but still...2: The keyboard is lighted, which is nice. But the lights go out within a few seconds. I wish there was a way to make them stay on longer.3: It runs a bit hot, so I try to use it on some sort of flat surface so the vent on the bottom can be clear. I think there may be a fan in there somewhere. Again, a minor complaint, Heat happens, and you gotta get rid of it4: My biggest wish is that it had louder speakers. The speakers face towards the side and bottom, and are not very loud at all. More volume would be wonderful! That would be my one thing I'd really like them to work on. It is usable, but weak. On the other hand, the computer is large (and a bit heavier than I expected) so those little speakers are on each end, and provide wonderful stereo separation. I do enjoy having it on my lap and listening to some music videos on it. I just wish it had more volume.So, the complaints aside, I think it is a good buy, and the price was very good. For what it is, I could not come close anywhere else, and especially looking in some of the local brick and mortar stores. I ordered it one day, and had it in hand the next, so good and quick delivery.Would I buy it again? So far, yes indeed. It does exactly what I wanted it for. I don't do online gaming, so can't speak about that, but don't care anyway. I would recommend it to anyone else wanting a low price but functional computer. Two things I was looking for when I was shopping, was a solid state drive, and 1T of size, which this model has, so that was one of the selling points as well.

Love this laptop been using it for slicing software for my 3d printer works amazing only problem I've encountered is the battery which is basically non existent if your not plugged in last maybe half hour to an hour but I keep it plugged in and I have no issues other than that amazing laptop built sturdier than other laptops I've owned and back lit keyboard is super helpful screen has no glare so easy on my eyes so if you need laptop for home use great to travel with definitely not.

Just got this a couple weeks ago and it works great so far! No issues out of the box, runs fast, and it’s a pretty blue color. Good battery life and storage. It’s lightweight compared to my old Toshiba. I don’t love the texture of the plastic composite they used to build it. It’s somehow both smooth and grainy feeling, very staticky (attracting all the hairs and dust). Tried to take a close-up picture but it’s hard to capture the texture. The fingerprint login is convenient and I’m happy with the laptop overall. Great price point for my needs as well.

I'm not a Tech person but wanted a new computer. Along with an external drive, I've begun enjoying my original "The Sims" DVD's. The price of this laptop, availability of colors, speed, 1TB drive, 16GB Ram, fingerprint set up instead of having to use a password, many positive reviews, and wanting to support a start-up company are the main reasons for my purchase. So glad I was able to afford this PC. I am satisfied. Gaming into the night, on weekends of course.

Outstanding value in a laptop. Incredibly fast processor. Very thin and light. Listed as for students but I don't know why. Boots up and shuts down quickly. Nice selection of colors. U.S. based manufacturer and tech help. Thin bezel means large screen in a 17 inch laptop. Internal speakers have better volume than most. I can't find anything negative about this product. Generous ram and 1 t.b. digital drive. Not a mechanical hard drive. Backlit keyboard. This is unbiased because I am not affiliated with the manufacturer.

Love it! I can't believe I got this good of a computer for the price! I expected to pay at least $1,000 for a new laptop for crafting. It keeps up wonderfully with all my editing programs, YouTube, and kids school stuff(I homeschool 3 children). I don't know if it would be good for gaming but it works great for what I need. The shipping was crazy fast( I got it the next day), the design is beautiful, the speed is great, and the screen size is pretty big. I am so happy with my purchase!
