Delicious and healthy! It is what I was expecting and more. Love the texture and the healthy ingredients. I love that I can buy something that helps me reinvent some dishes in a healthier way without having to cook everything by myself.

My husband and I missed sourdough bread now that we are low carb and grain free. So, we decided to give this a try. After baking my own bread with 2 bread mixes that were great but soon were sold out and discontinued (😡), I took a chance on this bread that came frozen and fairly promptly. This def tastes better toasted. My husband loved it, but to me it has a weird sour almost chemical taste. But the convenience was worth the flavor. I bought the regular mix from this company, so plan to try that when I get the time.

Does not taste like true sourdough bread. Will not buy again. The best sourdough does not have leavening it. All fermenting. Can be purchased at Trader Joe's. Thank you

This bread is delicious and so versatile! I have eaten several brands of paleo/grain-free breads, and this one has the best texture and the least "eggy" taste. Great for breakfast toast, a yummy sandwich for lunch, French toast for Sunday brunch or even crostini's as an appetizer for your next party! Run into any issues? Just call Tom!
