What a gem of a pocket knife!
The media could not be loaded. Pros: After setup and tuning, this knife is lightweight, small, grippy, and thoughtfully designed. It is wonderfully fidgety and flicky. The frag patterned titanium scales make this knife aesthetically pleasant to hold and use. When the screws are properly tightened and secured, the knife will not open up by itself. For the price, this is an incredibly handy knife or blade system that is easy to carry on an every day basis in your front pocket.Cons: The knife's screws need to be secured with blue thread locker. Otherwise you will lose these screws and your knife will come apart on you in a dangerous way. Yes this also means that without thread locker, this knife will come apart in your pants pocket. You will need a small screwdriver with a special small bit in order to tighten the screws on this knife. While the scalpel blade is replaceable and easy to change out, it is also thin, you should note that it will not have the same strength as the blade of a regular pocket knife.I think the knife is definitely worth owning if you are a hobbyist, a woodworker or use it to open up packages. I plan to purchase several of them to keep in my vehicle, in my shop or at work etc. It is an exceptionally handy inconvenient knife to have after it is safely and carefully tuned.

nice tool
This little scalpel knife is a surprisingly solid EDC tool. The titanium handle makes it incredibly lightweight but still super tough. It’s also corrosion- and heat-resistant, so no worries about rust even after long-term use.The folding design is very compact, just about 3 inch when closed,so it easily fits on a keychain or backpack. Perfect for daily carry whether you're commuting, traveling, or outdoors. The handle has a textured surface for better grip, and it opens and closes smoothly with one hand.It comes with 10 replaceable #24 surgical blades, which are razor sharp, great for opening packages, cutting rope, or even doing detailed craft work like model building. Blade changes are quick and tool-free—just press the back of the handle and slide it out. When folded, the blade is fully hidden for safety, and cleanup is easy, just rinse with water thanks to the titanium’s dirt-resistant surface. One thing to note: there's no locking mechanism when the blade is open, so it can fold back if you're using it at the wrong angle. It’s not a deal-breaker, but you do need to be careful during use.

knife
This is a good looking unit! BUT--It will open in your pocket and will not lock open.. If this was a "liner lock", it would be a great tool!!

Titanium [Alloy]? EDC? Nice folding scalpel blade holder.
Review:Titanium [Alloy]? EDC? Nice folding scalpel blade holder. The listing says the handle is titanium. My best guess is it's likely a titanium alloy with aluminum at this price. It is very lightweight and the hardness of the metal in the handle is perfectly adequate. It is very easy to change out the scalpel blades, and you can use whatever scalpel shape you desire.I pulled everything apart and it does, indeed, have the tiniest ball bearings I've ever seen on the pivot points. it opens smoothly as a result. It's very small and easy to slip into a 3rd pocket/watch pocket. I'd like to see a pocket clip but there is a hole to attach a lanyard or keychain. As another reviewer mentioned, I agree it is beneficial to throw some loctite on the screws to ensure it does not come apart in your pocket or elsewhere. That's an easy enough fix and I did it first thing.I also had an issue with the liner lock... Once fully opened I could not get the liner lock to engage which creates a dangerous hazard of the knife closing on your fingers while in-use. Because I already had everything pulled apart to check/oil the bearings and to loctite the handle screws, I pushed down using a very big flathead on the metal strip that runs half the length of the handle that acts as a spring/lever lock. Pushing this down a bit bent the metal and made it easier to engage the pin once fully opened. I may have to tweak it a little more to ensure it is bent just enough to lock the blade.Either way it was a straightforward task... If the knife was $20 or over I probably would be annoyed that I had to do these things to get it working out of the box, but at this price it's not a big deal and should ensure the knife will last and not hurt anyone.Although marketed as an "EDC" pocket knife I will likely not carry this on me because of it's small size, but it will live on a workbench or area where I fix things and work on my hobbies and should be a great addition that will get plenty of use.For a little over 10 dollars at the time of ordering I'm happy with this little folding scalpel holder.

High quality - super sharp
I know this is a small thing but I love this little knife so much! I have gotten into a bad habit of using the keys on my key ring to open boxes and it's affecting their ability to open the locks they go to. Maybe I need to be more patient but when boxes arrive at home or for work, I want to open them ASAP and don't always want to hunt down a knife. This little guy is perfect for my knee! And when they describe it as a scalpel, they're not kidding. The knife blade is actually a scalpel and super sharp. I didn't realize how dull some of my knives were until I started using this to cut open things. It's super easy to open and glides through packages like butter! This works so well and is so handy. I just need to remember to take it off my keychain when I fly but other than that, I'm always going to keep it with me.

A cool little knife, don't put it in your pocket.
It's a cool utility knife. Nice to use to open boxes or hobby stuff like 3d printing etc.The reason I call it dangerous is that, it doesn't really lock in place when you close it. It's too easy to fall open.I like the overall design, it looks cool, industrial looking, light weight. But dangerous to carry around. It's quite nice to have a replaceable blade though. So in that respect, it's quite a nice addition to your tool kit.
