I only took it for a couple of weeks so i am not sure how well it can work for menopause symptons because of too much magnesium sulfate in these kinds of supplements!Supplement companies need to stop putting magnesium sulfate/Epsom salts in their products as it can cause a lot of problems with digestive issues as it is a laxative and caused me all kinds of problems.

Wild Yam was recommended by my Chiropractor for night sweats and hot flashes. I am taking this along with a diet low in sugar and have noticed a dramatic decrease in those symptoms.

I started taking this in the evening before going to bed and those dreaded night time hot flashes have really disappeared. Thank goodness for this product.
