Cool concept, but not ideal for tight spaces
This tub is big enough for a full adult plunge, and the clear walls are a fun touch. It inflates and deflates easily, and the material feels thick and durable. It’s bulky, though, so make sure you’ve got storage space or a dedicated corner. Great for post-workout recovery if you’re into cold therapy.

A great little plunge pool
This is the perfect size for a plunge pool. The bottom of the pool is padded, which makes it more comfortable to sit in, but can also make it susceptible to punctures, so be sure to put a mat or a towel down first. The vinyl is high quality and it comes with a patch kit. I like the clear sides. Not sure if you truly have to treat the water when you're only dealing with a 55 gallon "pool", but I've read up on it, and covering the whole thing with a black tarp (rather than the lid provided) to keep out the sun when not in use (the sun is what causes algae to grow and chlorine to break down), and adding a tsp or so of bleach after every use, and then changing the water out weekly or biweekly, will probably be the way we choose to go. I will come back and update this listing with how well that works. I did read online that basic household bleach is fine to use for this (just don't get the splashless), but you are also supposed to use a binder to keep the bleach from quickly breaking down in the water. Since I'm only using it for a week at most before refilling, I don't think this is necessary, but I'll see how it goes and update this review as needed. For my purposes, a spoonful of bleach after each use should keep any bacteria under control in the limited time I'll be using the water (and make it easier to clean when I drain it).The plastic itself is very durable. I'm including a picture of the thickness and will add more pictures when I've finally got it filled up and ready to use. Overall, a great plunge pool for the price! It fits right into the corner of my porch and I can't wait to use it every day.One thing - the small air compressor isn't really helpful trying to blow this up, it just isn't powerful enough, and it takes a LOT of batteries to do a very mediocre job. If you have another air pump available, use that instead.

Just what the hot weather ordered!
I admit that when I saw this available, I jumped on it without doing my research first. I don't have a bathtub in my house so the idea of an affordable tub that would fit in certain water-friendly places in my house was a big motivating factor to get it. Of course, after the fact, I saw a few things that worried me: would my cat claw it and it would break? I'm on the heavier side, so would i break it? How would my hip injury make this comfortable (I can't bend my leg correctly)?Well, I tried to blow it up. It took some time (the inflator isn't the fastest). I filled it with a little water to begin with and wandered around. the bottom isn't flat so it was a little uneasy, but it was sturdy and didn't pop as I moved around on it. So it seems that weight isn't a problem. I can also fit into the square somewhat comfortably. I don't see myself sitting in it for long, but it's a cold plunge, so you're not really supposed to anyway! And I put the tub into my handicapped designed shower area, so with some handles I could get in and out of it easily. I also drained it in my shower area. The water was out in no time, and I was able to push the air out of it without too much trouble. I was able to store it in a roller container under my bed and I can pull it out again without too much difficulty. I can see myself using it oh a hot day or after a tough workout, something to set up before the workout and then just jump into afterward. It's perfect for recovery and the instructions for assembly and storage are clear as the water it holds. It's worth every penny, so long as my cat doesn't claw it!
