It is a cream and not an ointment
This has a high content of Zinc Oxide to destroy many types of fungal infection and inflammation. This product and triple antibiotic ointment helped me conquer plaque psoriasis in my ears or at least get control of it. Use a small dab of it at night and let it do its work. It does have a light fishy smell to it though. It's not a big deal if you're going to shower and wash it off in the morning. I'm pleased, but I really was expecting it to be an Ointment for its moisture retention and not a cream.
