Hermes, Hermes... be it a scarf ...be it a parfume... be it a ....As individuals we do have our individual body chemistry and while this reviewer finds Caleche Soie de Parfum perfectly suitable one must proceed with caution as to fend off the disappointment at the end by selecting a parfume that becomes not its wearer... In times past you were actually "put to the test" and when emerged you were paired with YOUR own signature-parfume... A qualified perfumistt might be of immense assist within the Hermes-line. In brief: to this reviewer Caleche Soie de Parfum remains unmatched.

This has been my favorite fragrance for years! I only ever had a tiny bit given to me ; it had been a tester in a department store. I finally bought my own brand new bottle. It does have a fairly strong “soapy” smell at first, but it dies down a bit. Still love it.

I've uses Caleche for decades. This smells like old dusting powder. It is not from Hermes, Paris. Save your money, buy this for a bit more money from Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman.

Expected Perfume, received Cologne or watered down perfume.

This is my wife's favorite perfume and it is hard to find and expensive. In the last twenty years I have driven many miles and paid full price in the local stores. This time I purchased it on the net and from the start of sale to the finish line it only took me 5 minutes. The most important part I purchased for 25% less than what I would have paid in the local stores.

The service was quick and the packaging was more than sufficient for the glass receptacle. The products quality goes without saying, seeing that this is the only cologne that I wear.
