This material is very well made!First, I love the 4 foot by 120 foot long size. The Mylar film is very easy to use and can be used for many different projects. It can function in a grow room, a ground reflective material or designed for many other unique projects.This Mylar roll material is a unique design and is 2mil thick with a very functional mirror like surface. It is very durable and strong and will not rip or tear. Although it can be easily cut with scissors. The value of this extra long roll of reflective Mylar material is equally as impressive.5 Stars

As described, I wish it be thicker

I made my wife some PVC stands for her plants out on the lanai.She equipped them with grow lights that, obviously, point downward.This seems to work well in the summer, when sunset brings in a bit more light for the plants.In winter, not so much.We placed the mylar strips on the ground at the base of the PVC stands to reflect the light back up at the plants.This way, they get twice (-ish) the light and the I'm not just lighting the ground.It seemed to work very well over the winter months.The mylar doesn't mind getting wet while watering and, as summer rolls in, she can either leave them there or roll them up for next winter.

I ordered this to provide an efficient light reflecting surface to enhance the lighting for plants, especially in winter and early spring.This stuff is not that crinkly thin Mylar one finds in helium balloons. This Mylar is much thicker and easy to work with. It's reflective quality is high, but clarity is not quite that of a glass mirror. Though clarity is good enough that it might be fun to make a loose Mylar crazy mirror for the grandkids to entertain themselves with. Or some joker could tape together their own U.F.O. and send it flying. This is a long roll, which I won't need all of just for the plants. What other purpose might you come up with?

We used this reflective film roll in a storefront sign to help eliminate the dark spots and it works great.

Super easy way to turn any space into a grow space with this reflective roll. It's thin yet durable and easy to put up. Simply tape it to the wall in any spot and it is perfectly reflective providing excellent light coverage in any area. We are using it to use a corner of a room as an additional grow space, and it took all of 5 minutes to put up and we were set to go. There is plenty in the roll so it should last us a while and it's durable enough that we could even reuse this piece we're currently using. Very happy with it - an excellent addition to our grow.
