I have purchased this Wild Yam cream twice and don't have any regrets. It helps to minimise my PMS. The cream is soft and has a moisturising effect while it absorbs into the skin immediately.A little goes a long way. I love the cream quality and scent. In addition, every woman with PMS should use this cream because it is very effective.

The packaging does not confirm this is organic, is this a case of false advertising Amazon?

This cream is easy to apply , and absorbed quickly, it has a pleasant smell, not overpowering . I've been using it twice daily for two weeks and I've definitely took the edge of some of my symptoms

Can help balance hormones in a totally natural way, worth a try if you are struggling and don't want the medication from doctors. It does mean you have to rub it into your skin regularly, but it does not take long each time and may make a lot of difference, we are all different. With me it did not help, but I know with others it has helped a lot.

This makes all sorts of claims about health benefits, but I strongly doubt that any cream will help with menopause symptoms, hormone balance or joint pain. You just won't absorb enough to make a difference, and there's also no evidence that wild yam actually helps for menopause symptoms.But I have found that many wild yam creams are fantastic moisturisers with high quality ingredients.Unlike so many creams, this contains no water, and the largest ingredient is actually wild yam. But it still won't be enough to achieve the health benefits mentioned.It contains other herbal extracts and natural oils and fats. And no emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilisers, perfumes or preservatives. Which just goes to show that it can be done without..I have not opened this one, because I have a few and won't be able to use them all up before they go off, but this has identical ingredients and information on the box as the last one I tested. That was moisturising and rich, without being greasy and absorbed without any residue. It had a slight vegetal scent, but not strong or unpleasant to me.This is also good value for 90 grams, which is larger than the usual 60 gram size.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. Not really sure whether this is for your face or body. The listing implies it's for your face so that's where I've been using it. It is an effective moisturiser but is a little more greasy than I'd like but does absorb well after a while.Not sure I've noticed any effects from the hormones but that will probably be something noticed in time. Will update after I've been using for a while.

I've been struggling with hot flushes for some time now thanks to the perimenopause, so have been looking to try all things natural to try and help ease them! And I don't want to speak too soon to jinx it, but this cream really does seem to have helped!!you put it on twice a day, but in a different place each day - inside of arm, leg, chest - just keep rotating - and the cream is easily absorbed and feels nice on the skin!! I noticed a difference within a week as my hot flushes that were plaguing me a number of times each day, have really eased off and I'm just keeping everything crossed that continues so am really pleased with the impact this cream seems to have had so far!!
