Vital Surge Gummies have a slight Apple cider flavor. They feel dry on the outside and sweet/ chewy when biting into the gummy. It does taste sweet, probably due to the ADDED sugar. These have a cute apple shape, and when kept at room temperature, in a warmer room, do not loose its shape or melt, but they do stick together. Instructions clearly stated. As a supplement, these are tasty enough to remember and want to take them on a daily basis. I've tried a couple of different apple cider gummies, but what sets these apart for me is the beet root juice. I've taken beet supplements for energy boost, but they also make me feel warm and flush, while these gummies do provide a slight added energy boost without the after effects of beet supplements.
