Yummy and effective! I mix this with some other supplement powders in the morning, and am drinking lots more water.

Sleeping better and having more energy

I like to add it to water at night and drink it right before bedtime or if I wake up in the middle of the night, the raspberry taste is just OK but you can mix this with anything so I added cranberry juice and it’s perfect helps me sleep helps my muscles And they also have it in pill form so that when I go away, I don’t have to be mixing drinks

Love the taste. Glad it has all the magnesiums. I fall asleep within the hour and stay asleep. So far, it’s a positive for me. However, wish it would blend better. Don’t like the grain texture. Flavor is good

I have been on the search for a good mag supplement especially to help with end of day relaxing - this is the best one ever. A serving of this is equivalent to an evening glass of wine -but with more definitive health benefits ;) Only issue I have is they aren't always in stock when I need more. I could not sing its praises more loudly. Ive already recommended it to anyone I know who supplements magnesium.

Disgusting. Chunks of something that did not dissolve when mixed in fluid. Tasted awful

I ordered this based off all the good reviews here and on the manufacturers site. Also, I am comparing my experience to other supplements I’ve used before. The side effects from the others were horrible. Headaches mostly. This is day 2 and I’m slowly starting to feel less fatigued and slept pretty solid day on 1. I wanted to post my review based off the negative comments about the texture. I had no issues. These pictures were taken tonight. I used a fork to whisk at first to break up some floating powder clumps, but then used my frother for about 30 seconds. No clumping whatsoever. The taste was better than I expected. Overall I am happy with my purchase so far.

Not sure why but I feel sick when I drink this. It's like my stomach is "off" in some way. I get bouts of pain & aches, and I just don't feel good. I also find that it's super difficult to wake up alert & refreshed the next morning. I sleep extremely deep when taking this at night but man is it rough going in the mornings. Not sure why though, this isn't a sleep aid🤔 either way, I give it 3 stars because I feel that this all may just be how I personally react to this product & not fully a product issue. 3 stars also because of the clumping & grittiness of the mixed drink. The taste is tolerable but the texture isn't great, it doesn't mix & dissolve well.
