This is the first one-star review I have ever given to a supplement. This supplement has misleading packaging and instructions. It is supposed to be a 100-day supply of Lysine, 1000 mg. The back of the package says to take 2 pills per day. There are only 100 tablets, so that would be a 50-day supply. The back of the package also says there are sixty doses inside, which doesn't match either of the other claims.More concerning, the package also says they are “soft gels”, which they are not. They are huge, chalky tablets. The math doesn’t add up, and honestly, how can I be sure these are even the correct pills inside? With so much confusion and misleading information, I am choosing to not even take these. Supplements are hard to trust because of the lack of regulation, so the manufacturers need to build that trust with their consumers. This company has a long way to go to earn my trust.

And there are just too many discrepancies between what's on the Amazon page, what's on the package itself, and what I can find online for me to recommend this product. They compare somewhat favorably to 1-gram L-lysine tablets I have from a reputable source.The instructions are to take one tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach.The serving size then says: 2 softgelsServings per container says: 60They are not soft gels, they are tablets. There are 100 in the pouch, I can confirm.It also says, Product of China, South Korea. There is an address in Orlando, FL on the label. I found a website for this company, I think, but this product is not on their website. So, I don't really know who they are or what they sell. There is no identifying information on the website.I take l-lysine for a very specific purpose that is very important. You can research easily enough what it might help with. I can't trust this supplement for that need. I may yet try it, but I haven't decided. I don't like simply throwing supplements away, but I may in this case. I just can't trust it fully based on all the confusing labelling and the lack of a confidence-inspiring web presence.

One of these claims must be wrong.Kind of makes you think twice about what these actually are...

It is a decent L-Lysine supplement that helps you with recovery after resistance training and what I found the most helpful was that it reduces anxiety upon waking up for me. Just for the benefits of that is well-worth the money. Solid 5 star supplement.

The pills themselves are white large pills with a chalky outside. I could see them possibly being difficult to swallow for some, but I haven't had any issues. They are 1000mg per serving which works well for a daily serving. So far I'm happy with them.
