I just buy this product last December like every people I am so lazy to scrap the coconut . I am so excited to use it I used it for 3 time and the 4 time during the scraping it suddenly stopped and has only a beep sound . I tried to contact them but their phone number is not working and I emailed them 5 times no response I lose 75 dollars for this . I was so depressed and I am keep trying it but it failed

The media could not be loaded. This product does not work . I was very excited to get an electric coconut grater as i like to use freshly grated coconut. Packaging was very good, Good to see the gloves which were important. - Very thoughtful. Nice designed concept of electric coconut grater.However, the product started burning smell even though it kept it at low - medium speed and it stopped working completely and i have not even completed grating my half coconut shell. Very very disappointed.I would be very very hesitant to buy any electric product from this company as i am not sure if they understand how to create a working commercial electric gadget?

Because it ginds the coconut so fine, you get more oil.

I tried out for the first and it works very good. I love it. Unfortunately, the power button was broken and not sure why. Thus, I need to return for a replacement.

The machine bypasses the on/off button and starts to turn very fast once it is plugged in. Mine has not even been used once. Afraid to use it as it spends too fast. The two button below does nothing to slow it down.

The seller packed the machine very well and it was very convenient to operate. In line with my expectations, I was going to smash my coconut. I think it would be a good tool.
