bump free :)
I took it for a ride down my bumpy street and it was a blast!! my last scooter my face was going crazy with all those bumps but with this one... i cant feel them at all and it goes pretty fast. The thing i dont like is that im short and it feels pretty high on those. which i will get use to because i love this scooter :) its worth the money :)

really nice
i’m 15 and i’ve been trying this scooter for a couple days it works great. it goes fast, has good suspension, nice brakes, and handles hills very well. definitely gonna be taking it to school once winter break ends would recommend for teens and adults.

The Scooter is a good choice for people youth to adult of normal height and less than 200 pounds. Do to the fixed height of the handle.It was too low for me being a 6ft 230 pounds person. But the perfect height for my wife and daughters. They being 5.5 ft and 130 to 175 pounds persons.The front and rear suspension feels good while riding on the asphalted road and when transferring from the road to the sidewalk or even my flat lawn yard. specially because of the help of pneumatic tires. Not bad for me, but even better experience for my family described before.It reaches a decent 20 + miles per hour. That being more than enough for commuting to school or campus, or for riding on any paved bike trailThe iScooter shop support team will answer your questions and help you out with your inquiries.So if you are on a budget and searching for a good first buy on a scooter. Go for iscooter w8 or any bigger size and you will have a pleasant experience.

Bad customer service
The quality of this scooter was amazing at first when I first got it but slowly the inner tube came out after just a month or two which the company is charging me to send the scooter back to fix. And customer service was slow and they could only send me unrelated videos on how to remove and replace the inner tube and no specifics on how to fix my iscooter models motor wheel

Pretty great for about 400
There aren’t many other scooters with swing arm suspension or an over 20mph speed at about 400 bucks. This one tops out at 25 on the readout but gps says closer to 21, but I am about 200lbs. The suspension is as basic as this setup will get but it gets the job done. The throttle is perfectly responsive. It’s fairly light for what it is. Mileage at. 20mph will be about 15 miles unfortunately but that’s pretty standard at 48v10ah. No regrets on the purchase yet, definitely one of the better budget scooters out there. Would recommend if the solid tire, 350w scooters are getting boring for you
