Q: What's the shelf life for this product

I have kept the unopened vacuum sealed pack for at least up to a year. We normally transfer the product to a glass jar and marinate the pieces of tomato in olive oil and chopped garlic....the sliced sundried tomatoes absorb the oil and expand in size. We have tried many other sun dried tomatoes, but this is by far the best product and most reasonably priced. Larry

Q: Is this product more moist than before? My previous shipment was chewy, the Nov 2016 seems like halfway between dried and tomato paste!

the product I have is definitely chewy, more moist than I expected it to be. But it is not a paste.
