Not working as it should
I recently purchased this Bear humidifier, and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Although it powers on, it does not produce any vapor at all, defeating its very purpose. I’ve tried adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. Either this device needs immediate servicing or a replacement. For now, it’s just sitting there doing nothing but occupying space. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses these issues.Please arrange for a service technician to check the unit or provide an exchange, as the product is not functioning as advertised.

Damaged product
Received a damaged, broken and leaking humidifier. Returned it soon afterwards.

Why second hand product is supplied as new.
Received a used piece with water marks, scratches and dust all over. Did not even try it.
