This performed way better than I had expected. I was glad to find it could hold my 13”x21” pan and keep it warm. We had a large gathering for Christmas dinner and I needed to make a lot of food. I pulled my large pan out of the oven a little too early before I started the second pan in the oven. I placed the first pan onto this heating mat to keep it warm while the second pan was cooking. I checked the internal temperature once I placed the pan on the warming mat to get an initial reading and found the food only got to 95°F in the oven. I realized I pulled it a little too early and figured I’d just toss it back in the oven after the second one finished. I decided to turn the heat on the warming mat up to max to see if it could heat the food up any. To my surprise, after an hour of the second dish cooking in the oven and the first dish being on the warming mat, both dishes were 165°F. The warming mat had finished heating up the food. Sweet now we didn’t have to wait another half hour to eat and we could eat at the scheduled time. I honestly did not expect the warming mat to heat up a huge 13”x21” pan full of food from 95°F to 165°F. A very pleasing outcome. I had several people asking about the warming mat and where they could get one. I definitely recommend this warming mat. I wouldn’t recommend trying to finish cooking a dish on it, but since my dish was fully cooked the day before and I was just finishing warming it up I went for it. I am planning on ordering a few more for birthday gifts.Very convenient portable design. Can easily hold two 13”x9” pans or a single 13”x21” pan if you have one that big. You could easily fit a 13”x9” pan and a couple smaller ones for side dishes if you need too. I’m excited to use this more often. It will be great to keep mashed potatoes and gravy hot. I don’t know about you, but I like gravy hot. Putting a gravy dish on this meat hopefully would keep it hot like I prefer. Happy holidays with hot food!

I recently purchased the DRSPEE Electric Warming Tray, and it exceeded my expectations during our Christmas dinner. There are a lot of good points to this particular warming pad. It has five heat settings and is 250 WATTS. It heats evenly with the way the heating elements are spaced out. Keep in mind this is a "WARMING" tray it will not keep food hot or boiling. However, if you put a hot dish on it such as stuffing or rice and keep it on there for a long period of time it will cause it to burn to the bottom of the dish. Best way to keep your hot dishes warm is to keep a lid on them so heat doesn't escape and especially for the top of the dish.This warming mat is very spacious and great for family get togethers. I used this on Christmas, and it did its job. I've also taken it with me to family members houses. Easy to take with the nice storage bag in came in.Overall, a decent warming tray that does its job and is easy to clean afterwards. And for the price it's very reasonable as most warming trays are around $50.00.

As anyone knows, when cooking for a large family or a dinner party, the hardest part isn't making the food, the hardest part is getting it all ready at about the same time so everything is warm and just right when it's time to serve the food. This mat is perfect for keeping prepared dishes warm while you put the finishing touches on the other dishes. It's also great for keeping the food warm while serving buffet style or between firsts and seconds (and sometimes thirds). Its adjustable heat works well depending on the purpose you need it for and the type of food you're trying to keep warm.

The surface becomes uneven when hot and whatever you place on the surface seems to stick/melt. I purchased 2 mats from 2 different manufacturers, this one is being returned.

This warming tray is excellent for parties or large family gatherings. The multiple temperature controls make it easy to set the temperature. It's large enough for a few dishes but not too big it takes up the entire counter space.
