Good fish love them
Good. Fish love them. I recommend defrosting each cube first and rinsing food to prevent any bacteria or parasites being passed on. When I do this the fish are happy.

Perfect for my Betta and Shrimp
This will probably last the Betta and Shrimp for there lifetime... They are loving all the four but I give the Blood worm and Daphnia together as BW can give Betta constipation.
