This is a great accessory to add to your workout routine. It’s convenient, easy to use, storage space. You can feel the muscles awaken within one minute of use. It’s great for the quick minute and short on time workouts.

At first I was skeptical, but I saw so many tiktoks of people using a similar board and it seemed to be a good tool to work out at home with. Ive started a new workout journey and have incorporated this board into my HIIT routine, which has effectively given me a good sweat. Im really surprised by this product and the variety of uses for your workout routine such as mountain climbers, squats, lunges, and planks. If youd rather workout at home but in need of affordable, compact equipment i think you'd really love this.

I was excited to get this. Pros: very easy to use and folds up nicely for an easy store. The value is fair for the build of the product. I had it on a thick rug so it didn’t move or slide which was great. The con: was that the left side of the machine kept jamming so that’s why I rated it a 4 star and had to return it. Functionally would have been great if this didn’t happen.

I like the Pilates board. It is what I expected. I have it placed on my Yoga mat. The Pilates board slips on the carpet and on the yoga mat. So I have placed it up next to the wall for stability. Now it works and is stable.For the money it is a good solution for a Pilates workout.
