I'm very happy with the features and vendor communication.
I gave it 4 stars because the quality of the product and it's complete immersion into the Android OS. Also, the vendor's answers to my questions were complete, quick and well communicated. The sound quality, to me, is not that great but it is easy to connect to the optical audio output for better speakers. Also, the top of the frame seems a little flimsy but unless you're picking it up by that part it has no effect on appearance or functionality.

Buggy and Won't Update
When I try to select the free channels on Google TV Freeplay, it will say "Something went wrong" and won't play, and sometimes the screensaver will come up when it shouldn't. I've been able to work around these bugs so they are not as annoying as they once were, but it still shouldn't do that. Also, the OS for this TV is outdated—Android TV OS 11—and they have no plans to update it.
