I apply this after a full day before showering. This may even include a work out where my hair is we and sweaty. Just rub it in as evenly as possible and I throw my hair up and let it sit.Directions say to rinse with water but I do a full shower routine with shampoo/conditioner and all. My hair is amazing afterwards! Soft, smells great and super easy to style. In fact I don’t even use a flat iron the next day bc it still lays well from showering blow out the night before.

These individual packs of deep conditioner smell really good and do a good job of leaving my hair soft after use. The packs are small and I have long, thick hair. They're just enough to thoroughly cover the ends and some of the rest of my hair. If I wanted to cover it all I'd need to use an additional pack.

I finally got around to using this hydrating hair mask, and I really liked it. I did it after a long day out and about, let it sit for 10 min – which felt like plenty of time. When I washed my hair, I immediately noticed how soft my hair felt. It was so silky even as it air-dried. I have mid-back length hair, but it’s thinner after having my first baby, so I’m trying to give it some care and get it to grow back.
