My wife needed iron pills and picked these up. They worked well—not amazing, but definitely did the job. Nothing fancy, but effective enough to keep using. Would we buy them again? Yes.

I bought these as a suggestion from a lady's fitness group. I was surprised and very pleased because they do exactly what they say they do. My iron was low and I didn't have any energy for a few weeks. I started taking these and instantly got a boost of energy the very next day. The only thing I don't like is having to take 2 pills as they are 2 different pills wrapped in aluminum packaging. The smell of one of them reminds me of apple cider vinegar which isn't a deal breaker because of how well they worked for me. I will definitely purchase these again.

This product, although it has good reviews, really irritated my stomach. I only took it several days. It was several weeks after use, and after taking prebiotics and probiotics that my stomach was back to normal. This product has iron on the form of ferrous sulfate. I switched to a product with iron bisglycinate. This does not cause stomach discomfort in me.

I've been using this product with the multi-vitamin for a few weeks now. I had my blood drawn prior to using and yesterday. It does not appear to effectively increase hemoglobin levels and I haven't noticed an increase in energy levels either. On a positive note, I was never constipated using this product and that could be because of the low iron in these tablets.
