Unable to use.
I dropped a couple of stars as I was unable to submit the sample for test.This was because I found it impossible to provide enough blood to satisfy the minimum requirement.I prepared as suggested by immersing hand in warm water for 3 minutes.I then used all 3 supplied lancets in 3 different fingers but only managed to fill the test vial to about half the required level.I don't know if the problem was me not being a copious enough bleeder or that using lancets in the finger is an unsuitable method of producing the amount of blood required.All in all an expensive lesson learned.
