I've taken many different brands Mag Threonate so I'm familiar with It's appearance. These capsules were filled with off brown flecked off white powder. It should be white. Also, no manufacturing information. No address. No phone #. No website. This is highly unusual. Every medicine and supplement I've ever purchased has this information.It's probably just rice powder without any actual magnesium but why take the chance? Who do I sue if I get sick?Don't take the chance.

This seems to work well. Is it better than glycinate, I don't know. It is definitely better than the Mag Oxide. Mag oxide is good for your garden
