Warm and Cozy
I bought this as a gift for my mother and plan to buy another one for myself! Throw your towels and robe in there while you shower and then wrap yourself in warmth! She loves to put her blanket in there before she goes to bed. There's nothing better than resting with your favorite warm blanket. The product is compact and easy to use.

Not what I expected
Even though the warmer pulls up to make it longer, it didn’t hold but one large towel. Not a robe or blanket. This is made for thinner material and hand towels. Also has the rack inside which takes up more space.

Description says, it takes 4 folded towels. This point is not clear!!!! Unless, hand towels is being referred to. Additionally, it takes too long to warm the towels.

Spa time for my distinguished guests
The main benefit of a towel warmer is enjoying warm towels and robes instead of facing the chill of the bathroom once I step out of the shower. Having a towel warmer has completely changed my bathroom routine and I ordered this one for my guest bathroom. It’s spacious enough for 2 large towels or one terry robe. The remote control, temperature settings, timer and auto shut-off are great features to have and the silver color blends well with the stainless fixtures in the bathroom.I usually set it to 45 mins at 149 degrees. By the time I get out of the shower, the towel is nice and toasty. It does tend to heat unevenly at times, but it could be user error (the way I place the towel in the warmer). Getting familiar with the setting take some getting used to and trial and error. The instructions are included but not the easiest to decipher, so I typed out a quick instruction card and affixed it to the top of the warmer.I do think the build quality leaves something to be desired as the plastic is low-quality and cheap; however, this product is at the lower end of the price spectrum.In any case, I'm sure my guests will love it so I hope it holds up for at least a few years. I'll keep you all posted!
