Great little desk vacuum
It works great for the price. It is a little desktop vacuum cleaner. I haven't used it all that much, but I love its design and compactness. i used a Makita 2.0 AH 18-volt for it. might need a bigger size. I did think some of the attachments should be able to fit on the Front rather than the back, they're not universal, which I think they should be .

Brilliant! Works Great With My Makita 18V Batteries!
First I will say, sadly, the seller dropped the price from $29.99 to $19.99 after I purchased. :(But, on to my review:I'd been looking for a handheld vacuum for a while, but was discouraged by the short battery run time they all seem to have. Then I came across this one, that is designed to work with Makita batteries. I have Makita tools and already had the 18V batteries, so it was a no brainer for me. I gave it a try today, and ran it for about 30 minutes, and it still had power to go.I'm only going with 4 stars because the dust cup is pretty small. Granted, you can keep running it and pack it really full, but it'd be nicer if it had a larger dust cup.I have a lot of cats, a lot of dust, and a large mineral/rock collection, so I basically wanted something for cleaning the hair and dust off of my rocks. This does a pretty good job. It has a strong suction, but not so strong it's picking up my rocks or displacing them. It did grab a marble tho lol. It does a great job at picking up dust bunnies and cat hair/fuzz that collects on my shelves and rocks! It won't take the place of a can of Pledge and a dust cloth for getting that fine layer of dust that seems to adhere to some wood surfaces, but overall, I'm impressed with what it does with things like dust bunnies!

Sweet little unit
I was looking for other tools that could take advantage of the Makita battery. This little vacuum is a great tool to add to the arsenal. The only downside is that the paper filter has deep grooves and is tough to clean. Other than that, it's so portable and works well for small household jobs and cleaning vehicles. Thank you.

It very handy.
I got this when it was on sale, and its handy as hell. For quick little dust cleanup or dusting, it can't be beat. It NOT for heavy duty jobs, just remember that and you'll be fine. For quick car clean ups, workbench dust up etc, that's where it shines. It not loud, it lightweight, its for quick and easy spot cleanings/dusting.

Great little vaccum since makita isn't making it
No idea what the issue is here with these other people. Head locks and clips in if you turn it. Doesn't fall off easily. Of course there isn't a free battery and charger at this price point...This thing is light weight easily helping me clean out my coffee grinder and those small little crevices that gave me trouble around my home. It also easily picks up the dust, acts as an inflator and deflator. Well just throwing in my two cents.

Fits Makita batteries well. Works as a vacuum and a blower.
The media could not be loaded. Has good suction and will go as far as your Makita batteries will go. It is a click on off trigger so it stays on. Not fond of the paper filter, would prefer a metal cleanable one. Satisfied. Rated 4-star only due to concerns about longevity. Will check back later to update.
