My husband and I were looking for budget-friendly e-bikes for months. After comparing over 50 different models online this one had the best overall performance and battery for the price. We purchased the bike with the 48V battery and it is STRONG! We have gone on 3 trips so far and have not charged the battery yet. The bike goes fast on the highest level and will get you up every mountain! it is so much fun to ride and of higher quality then I expected! Assembly was easy (I used the video on Amazon instead of the instructions). When we compared different bike models I also used AI to analyze different bikes and this one was ranked Nr. 1 because for the price point it is unbeatable. What I really liked is that you can unlock and take off the battery, and it is like a regular mountain bike (not too heavy like other bikes). The front suspension works really well (you can also lock it if you want) and the brakes work well! So happy about the purchase and hope they will last long because they are so much fun to ride.

This bike is everything advertised. The color combo is really nice. The over size seat is very comfortable. Can’t t beat the price.I might add the assembly was a breeze.I’m contemplating buying another (different model) for my wife.

Great bike and great service.

This is the worst e-bike I have ever had. The battery barely holds a charge and it does not go anywhere near as fast as advertised.

Let me start by saying that when the bike shows up, the label on the box may be marked as RED and may even have a different model number. I almost sent it back but decided to open the box anyways and the correct bike was in it!This bike comes pre-assembled so don’t think it will take you forever to put together. It took me 30 minutes (1 beer ) to build and I was smart enough to start charging the battery before I started putting the bike together. There will be some very minor adjustments, but items such as the brakes and the shifters are great the way they are.I immediately fell in love with the bike the moment I got on it. Very comfortable and easy to learn how to ride!This is the first EBike that I have owned and I’m very glad that I bought this one. I could have spent $2000 from a dealer but this was the best choice for me. I’ve ridden it twice and added some accessories as you can see in the pics but the battery is still fully charged.This color of this bike looks even better in person and it is a very attractive bike overall.I’m very happy for now and may update this review later if anything changes but I doubt it will. Ride On with this one!

So far I have been very happy with the ebike. It works well and is fun to ride. I think is a very good bike for the money. My only complaint is with customer support, which was basically non-existent. I had a problem with my brakes slowing down the bike even when they weren't engaged. I sent an email describing the problem with details, along with my order number. Their documentation said to expect a response in 24-48 hours. After 3 full days, I sent another email saying I didn't get a response. After 4 more days (more than 7 calendar days from my first email, and more than 5 business days) they finally responded, asking for my order number, which I had included in both my previous emails. By that point I had given up on them and found videos from other manufacturers that showed how to fix my brakes.

I love it! It’s great how it shows how much assist is being used when needed. Makes riding more fun.
