Damaged
After we put it together we noticed that the front of the console was badly damaged. It was where the belt wound up. It did not interfere with the belt going back and forth so we decided not to complain. But it looks like Hell.

Prompt and friendly customer service
ERG180 fits my needs perfectly. I was especially pleased that the Peloton app on my phone was able to find this device and connect right away, thanks to ERG 180's new FTMS protocol.There was some issues with the exterior cover due to shipping. When I contacted Xterra's support team, their representative Adam responded right away. He arranged to have replacement parts shipped to me and have a technician come and install. Excellent service and quality product! Strongly recommend this product!
